Question types

Every question a form can ask. Each one can be required; a required question that's left empty says what to do, in the words below, right under it.

Headings, text and dividers

Headings, paragraphs of text and dividers ask nothing. Use them to break a long form into parts or to explain something before the questions that need it.

The estimate block

One more block, at most one per form: a live price worked out from the answers above it. It has its own page: The estimate block and formulas.

Checking answers as people type

Answers are checked when someone leaves a question, not while they're typing, and a question that's merely empty waits until they press Send my answers. Problems show under the question itself, never in a banner at the top.
