Personal links

A shared link can count opens and replies, but it can't know who hasn't answered. Give each guest their own link and it can. Personal links are free, on RSVP and signup forms.

Adding your guests

On a live RSVP or signup form, open Share, then Personal links. Paste your list into "Paste your guest list", one person per line: a name, an email, or both. Commas or tabs between them are fine, and so is Name <email>. Or pick a CSV file and its rows go into the box. Then press Add to the list.

  • A header row is skipped, and so is anyone already on the list.
  • A line it can't read is named: "Line 4: we couldn't read that one."
  • A form takes up to 1,000 people.

Sending the links

Each guest gets a link of their own. The list has Copy link beside each person and Copy all links for the lot; send them however you like. Removing someone takes them off the list and keeps any answers they already gave.

Opening the link shows the same form, on a page search engines are told not to list.

Who hasn't replied

The leak page lists everyone who hasn't replied, with whether they opened it ("Opened Sep 14" or "Not opened"). Copy the list and nudge them yourself, free. On Pro, Nudge these sends each of them one email (Reminders and consent).

From the API

On Pro, add guests one at a time with POST /api/v1/forms/{id}/invitees and list them with GET on the same path (API reference).
