Wunderly

Acceptable use

Last updated October 9, 2026

Form builders get used for phishing. These rules are how we keep Wunderly forms safe to fill in.

Never ask for

  • Passwords, PINs, or login details for any account.
  • Payment card numbers or bank account logins. Wunderly doesn't take payments.
  • Government ID numbers: social security, national insurance, passport or driver's license numbers.

Don't deceive people

  • Don't pretend to be another business, a bank, a government or anyone you aren't.
  • No fake giveaways, fake surveys or forms that hide what they're for.
  • Estimates are labeled estimates; don't show a price you don't mean.

Don't spam

  • Invite people by personal link only if they'd expect to hear from you.
  • Wunderly sends at most one reminder per person. Don't work around that, and don't reuse addresses from your forms for mail they didn't ask for.

Nothing illegal or harmful

No illegal content, harassment, hate, or links to malware, on a form or in its answers.

When something is reported

  • Anyone can report a form: every form has a "Report this form" link, or write to abuse@wunderly.so, or use the report form.
  • We read every report within a day.
  • If people could be at risk, we pause the form at once while we look. Saved answers stay.
  • We tell the organizer what was reported and why the form is paused. If the form breaks these rules, it stays paused or is removed; if a workspace keeps breaking them, we close it.
