Wunderly

Terms

Last updated October 9, 2026

These are the terms between you and Wunderly when you build forms with it. They're short on purpose. The privacy page, the acceptable use rules and, for respondents' data, the data processing terms are part of them.

The service

Wunderly lets you build forms, share them on wunderly.page or embed them on your site, see who started and didn't finish, and, on Pro, send one reminder. It's run by [OWNER TO REVIEW] legal name and address. You sign in with a link sent to your email; keep that inbox yours.

You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live [OWNER TO REVIEW] minimum age.

Free and paid

Forms, responses, the estimate block, embeds, hosted pages and the leak dashboard are free, with no limit and no end date. Pro and Agency add the things on the pricing page, at the prices there. Nothing is metered.

Billing isn't open yet. Until it is, Pro is a 14-day trial you start from a leak page, with no card. When the trial ends your workspace goes back to Free and nothing you built is lost. If we change a price, we'll tell paying workspaces at least 30 days before it applies to them.

Your forms and your data

What you build and the answers you collect are yours. You let us store, copy and show them only as needed to run Wunderly for you. Export or delete them whenever you like.

What you're responsible for

For your respondents' answers you're the controller, which means:

  • You have a lawful reason to collect what your form asks, and to send the one reminder if you turn it on. Wunderly applies its consent rules for you, but they don't replace your own obligations.
  • The mailing address in your reminder footer is real and yours.
  • Your estimates are honest. The estimate block says it's an estimate; the prices in it are yours to set and stand behind.
  • You keep the line at the top of your form that tells people their answers save as they type.
  • Your forms follow the acceptable use rules.

Keeping it running

We work to keep Wunderly up, and the status page shows how it's doing, but we can't promise it will never be down. We may pause hosted pages for a few minutes to fix something; answers already saved stay saved.

Ending

You can delete your workspace at any time in Settings, and everything in it is deleted. We can pause or remove a form that breaks the acceptable use rules, at once if people are at risk, and we'll tell you why. If you keep breaking them, we can close your workspace.

Liability

[OWNER TO REVIEW]

Wunderly is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a lead who didn't contact you, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before the change applies. The date at the top and the changelog always show the latest change.
