Agencies

The Agency plan is for a web shop that builds forms for its clients. One login runs them all; each client gets its own workspace, its own report, and your name on its badge. $79 a month, or $790 a year. Nothing is metered: clients, people and forms are unlimited.

Client workspaces

A client workspace is a workspace like any other: its forms, its results, its leak page, its reminders, its integrations. It stays apart from your other clients'. Make one from the workspace card in the sidebar ("New client workspace") or from Clients. Its plan is yours: while your Agency plan is in force, every client works as Pro.

The workspace card is a switcher. It lists your agency first, your clients under it, and any other workspace you belong to. Pick one and the app opens it where you were.

Your team

Invite people from Settings, Team, by email. The invite is a link that works once, for 7 days. Everyone on the team can open the agency and every client it runs, and nothing else. Owners invite and remove people and manage billing; members do everything else. Removing someone ends their access at once.

Reports

Clients lists each client with its busiest form's numbers this month. Report opens a client's month: each form as its leak page shows it, with the same numbers counted the same way (how we count). Download CSV gives the month's numbers, one row per form.

Share a read-only link sends a client their report without an account. The link shows any month, as it stands when it's opened. Nothing on it can be changed or sent, and search engines are asked not to index it.

  • Contacts are hidden unless you include them. A shared report lists the people who didn't finish as "Person 1", "Person 2" and so on. Tick "Include contacts" when you make the link and it shows their names and emails too.
  • Never what they typed. Partial answers can hold a phone number or an address, so no shared report shows them, with or without contacts.
  • Turn a link off from the same place, any time. It shows nothing from then on. Make a new one if you need it again.

The badge

A client's hosted forms and embeds end with "Built by your agency with Wunderly", your name linking to your site. Set the name, the site and a logo in Settings, Badge. Your own agency workspace's forms carry no badge, as on Pro. Your name never appears on a form that isn't one of your clients'.

When the plan ends

If you cancel, Agency runs to the end of the period you paid for. Then your clients work as Free: waiting reminders are cancelled, integrations pause, their forms say "Made with Wunderly", and shared report links rest until the plan is back. Nothing is deleted. Changing to Pro does the same for your clients, since Pro covers one workspace.

To close an agency, delete its client workspaces first, from each one's Settings. Then the agency itself can go.
