Paying

Billing isn't open yet. Until it is, Pro starts only as the free trial below, and your workspace goes back to Free when the trial ends. When it opens, Paddle, our reseller, will take the payment and send the invoices and receipts, tax included.

The 14-day trial

The trial starts from a form's leak page, with "Try Pro free for 14 days", when you first go to send reminders. No card. A workspace gets one trial. Settings shows when it ends, and on that day the workspace goes back to Free by itself. Upgrading during the trial ends it, and billing starts that day.

Changing or cancelling

• Settings, Billing has Manage billing (Paddle's page for your card and invoices) and Cancel.
• Cancelling keeps your plan to the end of the period you paid for: "Ends {date}. Then Free; nothing you built is lost."
• The workspace's owner can change monthly to yearly and back, or Pro to Agency and back. Paddle charges or credits the difference at once.
• If a payment fails, the plan stays while Paddle tries the card again over the next few days; update it under Manage billing.

When a plan ends

Your workspace goes back to Free. Reminders still waiting are cancelled, webhooks pause, and "Made with Wunderly" comes back under your forms. Nothing is deleted: forms, answers and leak pages stay as they were. Come back to Pro and paused webhooks start again. When an Agency plan ends, its client workspaces go back to Free with it.

Referrals

Settings, Refer someone has your link. When a workspace made from it is seven days old and has a live form, you get a month without the badge. Up to 12 months, in all. No cash.
