Where September went

Viewedopened the page212Viewed. The form was on screen for a second, at least half of it visible or filling half the screen. Counted once per browser per form per day, days in your workspace's time zone. Shown as "opened" on the free crowd's forms. A view has no attempt behind it, so it counts on the day it happened. We recognize a browser by an anonymous key that changes at your midnight, so it can't be followed from one day to the next.
Startedanswered one question141Started. Someone answered their first question. That's when an attempt (a session) begins.
Pricedsaw a number84Priced. Their saved answers produced an estimate, and it appeared on their screen. A number seen only while typing, never saved, doesn't count. Only forms that show a price have this stage.
Contactedsent you their details31Contacted. They finished the form and left a valid email or phone. Finishing without contact details counts as completed, not contacted.
Bookedyou marked them booked12Booked. You marked the response booked. We never guess this.

How it works

  1. Put the price on the form.

The estimate block works out a price as people answer: square feet times your rate, a price for each option, or a range if you'd rather. Their email ask comes after the price, never before. Free.

  2. See who priced and stopped.

Your leak page lists everyone who got a price, left an email and didn't get in touch, with their estimate and how far they got, and counts the ones who left no email. Free, names and emails included: they're yours.

  3. Send them one reminder.

One email, in your words, with their estimate in it. Then we leave them alone. Pro, $29 a month; try it free for 14 days from your leak page, no card.

It doesn't take payments, write PDF quotes, book jobs or collect signatures. If you need those, we'll point you to someone good.
