RSVP forms that show who hasn't replied
Last updated October 11, 2026
A shared RSVP link can only tell you who did reply; to see who hasn't, give each guest their own link, so the form knows who opened it and who answered.
Facts checked on October 11, 2026, each against its source. Every number links to where it came from.
Why a shared link can't tell you
With one link for everyone, the form only learns who someone is when they send it. Google Forms works this way: its Summary tab lists the people who responded1, and usernames aren't recorded unless you collect email addresses2. We didn't find a list of people who haven't responded in Google's Forms help.
Microsoft Forms can email you about people you invited by email who haven't submitted, after about 16 hours, with a button to send them a reminder.3
Personal links
In Wunderly, paste your guest list into an RSVP form's Share page and each guest gets a link of their own. The leak page then lists everyone who hasn't replied, with whether they've opened it. It's free, for up to 1,000 people per form.4 How personal links work.
Nudging, once
- Send each person their link yourself, by email or message, so it comes from someone they know.
- Copy the list of who hasn't replied and write to them, free.
- On Pro, Nudge sends each of them one email, the next morning at 9 a.m., in your words5. One, then nothing more.
